Volunteer Case Manager
Support TCN Beneficiaries with a variety of challenges including planning and relocation support, mutual aid, crisis intervention, and more. This position requires about 5 to 10 hours a week. Training is provided.
Qualifications: Experience with trans mutual aid, case management, hotline or warm line experience, or care and therapeutic practices
Community Investment
and Impact Asvisory Board
Support TCN through engaging with your individual network to identify investments, funding opportunities, grants, and events that support TCN's fiscal goals. This position requires attending a monthly meeting and about 3 to 5 hours a month.
Qualifications: Experience with fundraising, investing, donor engagement, high impact fundraising and grant writing
Volunteer Grant Writer
Support TCN through drafting grant proposals utilizing your skills as a grant writer to support TCN's fiscal goals. This positions requires 3 to 5 hours a week of volunteering.
Qualifications: previous high impact grant writing experience
